Everybody is unique and requires a unique exercise and nutrition plan to have long term benefit. Best way to get results and stay motivated in your fitness journey is to have a plan that works with your lifestyle, a plan that you can manage and make it work.
This is why assessments and consultations are so important.
Before I start working with a client, I schedule a FREE consultation to get a better understanding of your goals, lifestyle, fitness levels, and any challenges you may face in your fitness journey. It’s also a good time to get to know each other and discuss how I can best support you in achieving your goals.

Following the consultation, I will design a custom workout and nutrition plan that fits your schedule and your goals. I will then work closely with you (whether online or in-person) to guide you on how the programs work, and will always be available to you to answer any questions.
