Hi, I’m Partha (Maz) Mazumder, a Fitness and Rehabilitation Coach based in Montreal.

I’m a pet parent and a husband in my 40s who loves the outdoors and simple pleasures of a lazy day at home with my fur babies. When I’m off the clock, you’ll often find me exploring the countryside, swimming in a lake, hiking, or diving into a new recipe to share with friends and family. Some days, I enjoy doing absolutely nothing—a little time to recharge! I also make time to travel a couple of times a year; it keeps me inspired and energized. Most importantly, I’m passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, and celebrating their successes.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in Pre/Post Rehabilitation, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Technique (MLDT), FreeForm, and TRX. I specialize in rehabilitation, strength training, pre- and post-natal fitness, post-surgery and injury recovery, sports-specific training, and weight loss. I have experience supporting clients with special needs, diabetes, and those undergoing chemotherapy. I am fluent in English, Hindi and working knowledge of French.
